Policy

Deposits- Any service over $30, a 30% non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED, and will be put towards the end price of your service.

Cancellations- If you cancel services less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged up to 50% of that service.

Rescheduling- If you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, no additional charges will be made. But if you reschedule your appointment more than once, you will be REQUIRED to pay a new non-refundable deposit.

No-Shows- If you are a no-show to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of that service. If this happens multiple times, you will be placed on a banned listed.

Late Fees- If you are late, you will be charged a $10 fee. There is a 15 minute grace period, but after that your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charge a No-Show fee.

PMJ- If your Love Link breaks at the spot where it was welded within the first week, we will replace for free. After that week, there will be a $25 charge to repair as long as you have kept the original jewelry.
